Welcome to The Valencia School of Music in Spain! With us we take your child on an adventure as they discover how to play their instrument and get immersed in all the fantastic topics about music. We've got the most comprehensive music programs for students as they rapidly learn their instrument and or develop their singing voice in performance mode.
Lesson Structure
We provide Online Music Lessons to children from 8+ years of age. This prepares them for Band Performance Mode in which alongside their program material, they receive Band Project material once the student starts to settle and become more confident. All our lessons are conducted in English.

With over 9 years teaching experience, Mark Stanford the owner of The Valencia School Of Music has developed the most comprehensive custom built programs for Piano, Guitar & Singing of which rapidly teach students their instrument and the theory behind their instrument. Students not only learn how to perform on their instrument but also learn about all the other exciting aspects of music and its technology. They also learn how to write songs, record and mix those songs online which ultimately improves their "active listening" abilities. With our programs students will learn to name a few:

Specialized Music Programs

Through our vast experience in education across several sectors, we have developed fast track music programs for our students with the main goal of delivering the promise of an advanced accomplished singer, pianist or guitarist. There are five levels in each instrument category and our emphasis is placed upon music performance at the beginning and later supported with music theory.

About Your Tutor
Mark Stanford is the owner, engineer and resident music producer of The Valencia School Of Music. He has recently moved his music school and production studio from Ireland to Valencia, Spain. Stanford is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, performer, producer, professional sheet music arranger & music teacher. Having immense passion for music and helping others achieve their full potential, Stanford loves a challenge.
Stanford began playing music while in High School and subsequently graduated with a BA (Hons) Degree In Music Production & Composition from Pulse College, Dublin, ireland. Stanford is also a Certified Member of Winter NAMM, the largest music industry organization in the world (www.namm.org). You can listen to some music production samples of Stanford's work below some of which are original songs composed by Stanford and some are Demo recordings by his students.

Our Students
Musical ability is not pre-determined and as proven by scientists featured in the book "This Is Your Brain On Music" by Daniel Levitin (Click Here), there is no such thing as a gifted child or person. Anybody can become great if they put their mind to it. Our philosophy makes students believe in themselves and encourages them to be better, while at the same time having fun! Music should never be about competition. Music is about taking part and enjoying yourself.
